Search once and reach every connected Lost & Found office. Report a lost item with a description, or report a found item in under 2 minutes.

Findly cross-checks reports by category, brand, colour, location and date. When a possible match surfaces, both parties are notified immediately.

The holder shares private questions — IMEI digits, engravings, contents. The owner answers them so only the real owner can be matched.

Upload a purchase bill, photos or ID to back the answers. The authority reviews the claim and approves or rejects it.

Approved claims get a unique collection code. The owner collects the item at the authorized collection point after identity verification.

The handover is confirmed and the item is marked as returned. Both sides can rate the experience.
